You're very welcome. The Met has done a good job of trying to show the connection between high art and pop culture--for example, with the Met Galas.

Those Galas may be best known today for the glitz of the celebrities they attract. But through them, Anna Wintour has tried to make the statement that fashion--which those snobs you mention don't think of as "art"--can, in fact, be a form of art. And I applaud her for it.
