You're so fortunate. I'm used to writing (I'm a former daily newspaper columnist, for starters) and love passionately some music I haven't written about. My reason is often a lack of musical knowledge or the feeling that people wouldn't be interested. One of my favorite pieces in opera is the sextet from the opera "The Marriage of Figaro," but I couldn't explain how those six beautiful parts work together, so I may never write a piece about it.
