You're right: I was talking about the people who had fewer than 100 followers before that limit was removed.

But I still try to engage a lot with people with low follower counts to support them and show them people are reading even if they're still getting few views. And I'd still love to see a post sometime on what you were looking for, because it wasn't always clear to me and, it seems, to a couple of others (and I didn't apply, so this isn't sour grapes--it's just confusion).
