You don't need to set up anything. The book-club host sets up the meeting and sends you a link to it.

You just need to have Zoom on your computer or phone so you can sign in to a link the host sends you to speak. A basic Zoom membership might be free.

You could invest in a more expensive Zoom membership and set up your own meetings and invite people. But if you spread the word that you're available, clubs might invite you, eliminating the need for you to invite anybody.
