You can say that again. I agree that we're going to get more of this.

A case coming before the U.S. Supreme Court soon involves the so-called "independent legislature doctrine." It would essentially allow state legislatures to set all election rules and draw all maps (even more than they can do now through gerrymandering, etc.). The broad impact would be to allow each state to decide who "won" or "lost" an election and completely politicize the process. What a nightmare!
