Yay! Coincidentally or not, the Authors Guild (the preeminent organization for U.S. authors, to which I belong) has just announced that it's suing to try to stop the practice of using writers' work for training.

Medium isn't just doing the morally right thing here but avoiding a lot of potential legal problems.
