Wow. Forty would be a remarkable number by standards in the U.S., where I the average family's viewing list might consist of little more than: 1) "It's a Wonderful Life"; 2) "A Charlie Brown Christmas"; and maybe "Love, Actually." Glad your kin aren't dying of a wasting disease at the end of all of it.

I haven't added to your list because if I could watch one thing in addition to some of the films you mentioned, it wouldn't be a movie. It would be the video of the Gelsey Kirkland/Mikhail Baryshnikov "Nutcracker," the best of all the versions I've seen, whether on film or live at Lincoln Center.
