We know pub editors can nominate two of their own stories for boosts instead of member stories. Can editors also *feature* their own stories instead of members'? If so, is there a limit on how many of their own stories they can *feature* instead of members'?

What safeguards do you have in place so that this won't turn out to be another way for pub editors to promote themselves at the expense of members?
