Your post tells a worthy story that might get more traction on Medium than it has. Wiley is a good business publisher.

Did you know you can take down a Medium post, retitle it, and submit it to publication or a different pub (If it's already in one)? It's legal on Medium. I've done this a couple of times at the suggestion of an editor who wanted a story I'd published on my own feed. The results were good.

You might consider doing this with your post and see if it could get a second wind.
