That's such a good point: There's not one definitive mindfulness method, and you can end up comparing different things.

I've heard of mindfulness exercises that involve, say, chewing your food "mindfully" for a certain number of times. How would you compare that with daily body scan meditations (which, I'm guessing, are what you might need if you had a serious health problem you hoped mindfulness would help with)? Thanks for that very helpful perspective.
