Thanks so much for mentioning Fiverr and its kissing cousins. You are so right that it's incredibly easy to buy fake reviews online.

When Fiverr started, you could buy a review for $5, and though the price may have changed, sites like it keep making it harder to tell real from fake reviews. I've occasionally seen those sites listed in Medium articles on making money writing online. It's disturbing, both that people buy reviews and that they've turned up here as a valid way to make money.
