I wanted to buy a bound copy, but the U.S. print edition may have been delayed; the American publisher doesn't seem to have it on its website.

That may have happened because the U.K. reviews were so glowing, and from such major media, the firm may have wanted to do a new cover and splash those quotes all over it, as the U.K. edition (which I showed) has done.
