Thanks for that backstory, which I hadn't seen. And glad you've beaten back your cancer.
I have a friend who was in a similar situation but with multiple myeloma and she had bone marrow transplants instead of stem cell transplants, about 15-20 years ago, when that diagnosis was typically fatal. She's now keeping the disease completely in check with immunotherapy. It really seems a miracle when you consider how dire the prognoses for such diseases were in our youth.
