I worked for eight years for a Conde Nast magazine (Glamour) two floors below Vogue, know that world intimately, disagree on issues great and small with this review. But my response is too complex for this space, so I'll just say that I appreciate your raising a related point. I'd love to see a feminist response to this review from another writer.
