Sorry, you shouldn't. The rule is: You have no obligation to review a book because you got a free copy unless that's spelled out up front.

You shouldn't be sending printed copies: You should send digital ARCs, the way most reviewing is done now. I agree with a lot of what you say, but that one's on you.
