Sometimes a pub like Everything Shortform will have a completely different following than does your own feed or the pub you did a story for. So if you tease it on a shortform pub (with a link to the original), you might reach a new group.

But it can be sobering when I do it and get more views or claps for the short piece than the long one. I don't want to think too deeply about why members would rather hear LESS from me than more :).
