My pleasure, Kat. I really sympathize with the political issues you have to deal with Texas.

Red as Alabama is, Texas has some horrific challenges we don't, particularly with the energy grid in the Houston area. I've been shaking my head while reading about those this week.

We have tons of outages during hurricane season on the Alabama Gulf Coast. But we have mutual assistance agreements with other states so that if we lose power and the local utilities can't get it back on, other states come over and help, which seems not to happen as readily (if at all) in Texas. The situation in Texas sounds nuts.
