Listen, Liberal has been on my TBR list for ages. Thanks for the extra nudge to read it. I'm sure we'll see that book on how the Democrats blew it, too (more than one).

I don't see the trend reversing, either, but found some hope in the recent Flipped, an Atlanta Journal-Constitution reporter's book on how Georgia turned blue. It's not a perfect book: The author is still covering Abrams, Ossoff, and Warnock for his paper, and at times you sense that he's pulled punches to protect his sources. But Flipped shows clearly how change could happen elsewhere for Democrats.

The challenge is: More people like Stacey Abrams to get involved, and she's unique in so many ways, I'm not sure how easily other states could duplicate what happened in Georgia.
