It's so true that writers are porous and the imitation can be unintentional.

I love, love, love the Provincial Lady (it's on my list of my 50 favorite novels that I just did over at Substack). But that voice is almost impossible to imitate.

E.M. Delafield is a comic genius and probably gets too little credit for all the others she's influenced, from Adrian Mole to Bridget Jones.
