It would be fascinating to know how many people have become independents as you did. I've never seen that statistic, but I might write about it if I did. Thanks for giving me an idea I hadn't considered.

We're already seeing signs that hurricane season is approaching here in Mayberry on the Bay. A large swath of town lost power for more than a half day last week. Not a good sign because our utility co. usually gets the lights back on in an hour or two after so much practice.
