It is truly a nightmare, even for a well-informed patient like Boyer who could speak up for herself.

At least with the NHS, you don't have to worry about bills. But from the news that reaches the U.S. it sounds as though the NHS has its own disasters in understaffing, long wait times for appointments, and fewer options about such things which doctors you can see. Labour will certainly have its work cut out for if it takes over, won't it?
