I've written a number of 7-8 minute stories lately, under no illusions that everyone will sit still for that length. So I write a shorter version later for Everything Shortform, with different header image, ending with a link to the longer one for anyone who'd like to know more. Sometimes I get more reads for the short version than for the long one.
