It does need to make changes. One of the most rewarding projects I've done here is serving as co-chair of Writers & Artists for Doug Jones during his 2017 Senate campaign.

Jones lasted only one term, but it was still thrilling to see that a Democrat could get elected to a statewide office even once. Every statewide office in Alabama is now held by a Republican.
