I’m so sorry to hear that, Bruce. A lot must depend on the union and especially the union rep.

At Local 1, we had a wonderful union president who was always willing to listen to and try to help members. Given all the grievances he heard, I can only imagine how frustrating work might have been for some of my colleagues if we’d had a union like yours.
