I’m a journalist who has interviewed librarians about it and written extensively about this for a large newspaper. Librarians don’t take their marching orders from states. Librarians at individual libraries decide what to buy based on the needs of their patrons.

But if you mean: You'd like to have stats on how much of a chilling effect it's having, I would, too. To get them, you'd have to poll or interview a representative sampling of librarians.
