I'd probably do At Swim-Two-Birds because it might be Dalkey Archive's most popular worldwide. And it could have more appeal than one of the more esoteric or experimental ones from the press.
If I were doing it, I might do it alone or with a couple of Irish books from other publishers for St. Patrick's Day. But that's my journalism background speaking: always looking for a news hook to make a story look timely even if old. If I did an Irish roundup, I'd include the Irish novelist Claire Keegan's deservedly much acclaimed Small Things Like These, which is great and so short you could read it in a few hours.
