I'm a book critic and always hearing great stories of neglected women. On Medium I've recently written posts entitled "The Heroic Nurses of Bataan" (about the first U.S. nurses to work on a battlefield) and "Women Behaving Badly" (about, in part, the only grandmother, mother and daughter in history indicted for the same crime--seriously!). I didn't submit these to pubs but just posted them on @janiceharayda. So if either might interest you, just let me know and I'll submit it.
