I wish! A lawyer for the plaintiffs commented on that very issue in a story about the attempt to criminalize librarians: "“Everyone agrees the First Amendment allows governments to protect against true obscenity, but these policies go so far beyond that."

That lawyer was the one who said the legislation was "fatally overbroad," and now I wonder should have included the rest of her quote. Thanks for the nudge to consider adding it.
