What you've expressed in that sentence is an opinion. The plaintiff in NYT v. Sullivan was allowed to sue because the paper printed incorrect facts, not because he disagreed with its opinions (as the Wikipedia entry on the case makes clear), though he clearly did disagree. Media law distinguishes in this case and others between facts and opinions.
